How to Update or Check a Ticket

It's easy to check the status of your ticket or reply to it.  Simply follow these steps:

Step1:  Log-in to the support portal

  • Use the same login details you used to create your ticket.
  • If you’ve forgotten your credentials, click the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to reset them.

Step 2:  Access your tickets

  • Once logged in, click on the “My Tickets” tab.
  • This page will display all your open and closed tickets.

Step 3:  Review or reopen closed tickets

  • To review or reopen a closed ticket:
    • Navigate to the “Closed” tab on the right side of the “My Tickets” page.
    • From there, you can view the details of your closed tickets and take action if needed.

Important Tips

  • Avoid Duplicate Tickets:
    • Do not create multiple tickets for the same topic or issue. Maintaining one ticket per topic helps us assist you more efficiently and prevents delays.
    • If you have follow-up questions, reply to your existing ticket instead of creating a new one.
  • Response Times:
    • Check back within 24 hours for updates to your ticket.
